This kind of clamm it’s catched by divers from natural banks in Chiloe’s sea, and before being processed is put into a filtered sea water pool to remove all the inside sand, at least for 12 hours. Then is cooked, shell of, and freeze in a cutting-edge processing line for mollusk, obtaining 4 main sizes:

LL 60 – 80 pcs / kilo
L 80 – 120 pcs / kilo
M 120 -160 pcs / kilo
S 120 – 250 pcs / kilo
